Think about all of the crappy things that the object of your heartache did/said to make you angry/sad/disappointed and how much better you are going to feel when you move beyond this time in your life and go on to bigger and better things. I also try to visualize all of the people who do appreciate me. Soon, the heartache will be negated by your realization that you are better off.

I'm so sorry! I know headaches can be a real pain, especially when you're trying to sleep. Silly question, but have you taken any meds? Try placing a warm rag on your head and just lay in bed until you finally drift off to sleep. Try to get away from the computer- that's definatly not helping. best of luck and feel better!!

There's no one to answer your question, It's only you who can do something about it. Talk to someone about it. It helps if you have a good friend who will lishen. It really hard if you don't talk about it. Go out shopping sometimes it helps a little bit.
