Don't Come Around Here No More by Tom Petty. That video loosely about Alice in Wonderland is creepy and still I don't like it and that was in the mid 80's.

"Beautiful People" by M Manson- the music video is pretty creepy, though I like the song.
"Until it Sleeps" by Metallica- I saw the music video on mtv when I was like 7 and it scared the crap out of me.
