Does anyone have any tips that will enhance your chances of becoming pregnant?

Mike, you are a pig.
To enhance your chances of getting pregnant, have sex before, during, and after your ovulation date. Most women ovulate 14 days after the start of their period, but I think I ovulate a few days earlier. So you should have sex every other day beginning 10 days after your period starts until about day 18. Only have sex every other day so your man can replenish his sperm. And tell him not to jerk off so his sperm can build up. I heard missionary and doggy style work best, but I'm sure you can get pregnant in any position. After sex lie still on your back with a pillow under your butt to keep the sperm in for about 20 minutes. Don't have oral sex before intercourse because saliva damages the sperm (I heard). Eat well, go for walks, don't smoke or drink, and try to relax. Hopefully you will get pregnant. Good Luck!

Vacation and lots of sex during that vacation! Worked for me after trying for a year for my first pregnancy and then the second pregnancy almost 5 years later. This time though we went on vacation right after we decided we wanted to start trying and a month later, positive pregnancy test. Relaxation and no stress I believe is the key to successfully conceiving.

First go get an ouvulation kit (clearblue) and find out your most fertile days. Have sex on that day. After sex lie down for atleast 20 mins with a pillow under your hips.

im unsure other then have more sex and try vitamins take prenatal vitamins my sister in law did for awhile. now her son is 15 months.
