Can you be more specific? Like you bang your head against the wall for fun? Why would anyone do that?? See a doctor right away!

go to a psychologist or just stop or put a pillow by the wall and bang into the pillow

oh damn i keep doing that all the time too.....
but my friends help by holding on to me now, seeing that i don't do it too often
perhaps you should get your friends to help u too..... tell them to make sure u don't bang your head against the wall so often
