Is there a house you can meet up at? All of you can just cuddle up together and watch a movie.

bowling is a great option if you and your friend want everyone to be included. at bowling alleys, people over 21 can drink, and under 21ers can still be there and bowl and have fun.

i had this situation a couple months ago. my friend turned 21 and all ages went to dinner together, and after dinner, the minors went home and everyone over 21 went to a bar.

im sure if he is turning 21 he will want to drink in public, so he wouldnt want to just go to a house party where everyone can drink if they want. he could do that before he turned 21 so its not anything new and exciting.

Yes ! There are a lot of indoor water parks, or Theme Hotels. Have the party there let everyone get rooms so nobody has to drive. We have done this before and it's a blast. Or all stay in one room they have suites usually.I hope you have a safe and happy celebration. As far as underage people they should be responsible enough to do the right thing. If they aren't don't invite them.

have fun!
