Depends on who you ask. People will tell you either it's freaking hilarious or absolutely insulting. Personally I find it pretty funny, although some of the stuff on the Ali G show is funnier than the movie and I do enjoy it. So ask yourself if you're someone who can take a joke or easily offended? If you answer the second option, then I'd say don't see it, but if you can laugh at some racist/sexist jokes, then by all mean, then see it and judge it for yourself...
