Men who can not accept women as equals and show them the respect they deserve are usually poorly educated males who have grown up in very repressive cultures where the macho image of manhood is upheld because the men have very few other options in their own lives. Lacking the creativity, intelligence or sophistication to work with women to create a better life for all, they simply repeat the same brutish cycles of intolerance and violence that keep their societies impoverished and impotent.

Clearly any such person is not confident of himself. Hes just trying to hide his weaknesses. And in most cases its just not women - he won't respect anyone, or anything... including himself. As for a drawback, he won't have a good rapport with anyone... He'll probably end up a loner...

The same thing I'd say to those who don't show respect to men. Women are not babies or second class citizens. We don't want special treatment just equal treatment. PEOPLE need to treat other PEOPLE with respect. Just because I'm a woman I don't want to be treated differently like I'm some delicate little flower. That's infantilizing.

If man doesn't treat a woman with respect, then no one should give him sex. Ever.
Unless the woman is a stupid, foul, mean, cheap, nasty, immoral woman. Then he just disrespects her, but there is no violence threats groping or theft, it is okay then.

well I hardly think that they respect themselves in the first place. Generally people who like themselves are much nicer and more respectful to others.

these are men who during their upbringing have suffered watching their mothers being abused by their fathers or families...they have an inferior complex and they have only a weaker sex to take it out on
