Do X Ray goggles really exist. Can we see a person naked through these glasses. where can I buy a pair and typically what do they cost

no, they're not real. the best you can get is an x-ray at your doctor's.

It is sad to say, but no x ray goggles do not exist and even if they did you would only see peoples skeletons.. Not exactly what you are probably wanting them for??? Think of all the money we would save on airport screening if they did exist.
I do however strongly recommend you watch out for the very real beer goggles. These can be very costly as the beauty the night before may turn out to be a real blight the next morning!
