I'm 54, in great overal body pain, been dealaiang with fibromyalgia for pretty much all my life, since I moved from the flat lands to the mountains (7000 ft) the pain is much worse, they found hep-c but the liver is in good shap, minimal inflamation & no sirrosis--now having cramping in both legs all the time, and EXHAUSTION! and btw, my libido has been non-existant for about a year. Any input will be appreciated. Many thanks!!

Thank you all. I can't move from the mountains right now, but I will try all of your suggestions. I have a good feeling that they will work. Happy holidays, y'all

I am not a psychic about this, but I have fibro. Living at a higher altitude will make you worse.
The barometric pressure is less so inflammation is worse. My fibro is bad, but my migraines make life almost unbearable! Do you take a good magnesium supplement? That helps. Leg cramps would definitely be improved by magnesium. Fish oil can help too. MSM can be useful.

I have started acupuncture. It is like torture for a moment, but I no longer wake up feeling like I was run over during the night. It is helpful. i can do more physical work now, which is important because that's what I love to do. I have horses and I can put the old ones in stalls again since I can clean them.

There is an excellent fibro support group on google groups. I don't use it now, but they are a great group.

Sounds like the Fibromyalgia is worsening Fibromyalgia, or look up Adrenal Fatigue.

I wonder if it is due to the high altitude? I had terrible pain all over when I lived in the mountains...moved away and it all stopped.
