a friend sent me an mp4 file via bluetooth and the video would not play. is there a feature on the 6280 that i would need to activate for it to be able to play an mp4? or is the 6280 non-mp4 compatible? i'm stumped!

6280 is not compatible enuf to play MP 4 files.
you should install software available like super (video converter)
It does all sorts of video conversions, and u can play around with it until u get the file size/quality that suits you. My mp4s recorded on the phone dont play on my pc until i convert them using this. Its free too.
