This is a question that my Psychology professor wants our class to answer. I'm really confused over this one and wanted to hear what other people thought. I know its very vague and brood but please let me know any thoughts out there on this question.

Man is an evolved being. It sounds like your professor is trying to force your class onto the Procrustean Bed of sheer psychobabble. Tell him from me, a true scientist ( ethologist ), to " leave you kids alone ".

Man as to Human or Man as to Male ?
I don't know which one is relevant but here's an overview:

Man (Human Being) is a psychological being. Because :
a) he is motivated to get something done.
b) he is influenced by auto-suggestion
c) he is keen to learn new tricks
d) he has emotional feelings

Man as to Male - is as emotional as a woman but doesn't know how to express it in words. His expression comes out of actions; mostly drastic actions.
