I was watching MTV's Rob & Big a sitcom where cameramen follow around the lives of pro skateboarder Rob Dyrdrek and his bodyguard big black...I was wondering in the scenes where they were skating at a school how come certain people watching had their faces blurred out but others dont?

The people whose faces are blurred didn't sign a consent form to appear on television.

I think because those people didnt want their faces on camera. I think that if you video tape anyone you have to ask first for their permission in order to put it on tv

if they werent aware of the taping and appeared on tv without any kind of written contract or notice, someone could be getting in trouble and the person could get a huge sum of moolah.
