I know I have soo many issues I need to get resolved(my father, abuse,etc...), to talk about and get help with. My problem is not only can I not afford therapy but I'm also too ashamed to go.

Are there any kind of support groups or anything online that might help me out with having someone to talk to?

Don't be ashamed, there is no shame in needing help. If there are large universities near you check to see if they have Graduate programs in psychology, if they do chances are they might have a clinic for their students to practice, oftentimes these clinics are free or offer their services at a reduced cost. Medical schools may also offer some help.
If you prefer online help you may want to visit http://www.counselingnet.com/. I hope this helps.

Try this site; it's not therapy as such but offers a lot of advice, inspiration & healing.
