I’m not sure about holding my atoms together, but after 20 hours awake, Newton’s third of Law of Motion is beckoning that equal and opposite reaction of sleep.

It's early morning where I am, though still dark and blowing a gale. All I need to do, to fully wake up, is go and stand outside in my PJ's for a few seconds!
