It all depends on her height and bone structures. For example, let's say she is 5 ft 10 inches and has a big bone frame and weighs 150 or a bit more, that would be normal.
You can go to this website and you can see what her weight should be for her body type.

This depends on your height.
It is much easier to predict for adults as there are standards by which doctors and professionals follow. However, these standards are not applicable to growing teens. At age twelve, you are most likely entering puberty. For the next few years your body will begin to drastically grow and change. Each individual will begin this process at different times, girls usually earlier than boys.
At 12 girls bodies have begun puberty whether it is noticeable or not, and will soon begin to grow in size, which is normally accompanied by weight gain. Boys on the other hand will not enter puberty until 13 or 14 and will just be beginning to grow tall and not fill out until their later teens. So as you can see it is hard to predict an average weight for a 12 year old, just look around at your classmates, some are tall or small and petite, while other have begun to develop and those who still have a few years to go. All of these are perfectly normal, just as many different weights are as well. Weight is only a number that does not consider height or body mass, so try not to get too caught up in it. At this point in your life it is important to keep healthy, eating right and exercising will make sure that your body weight is healthiest for you!

It depends on each girl. Some will weigh 85 pounds (my best friend in grade school was extremely skinny until about 9th grade, when she started being a cheerleader and gained some muscle), some will weigh 150 pounds. It depends on your height, your genetics, what you eat, what you do with your body (the kind of exercise you get). When I was 11, I weighed about 90 pounds. I'd gained about 13 pounds by the time I started 7th grade, and then halfway through 7th grade, my body weight suddenly increased (but not my height) and I was around 130 pounds.
It's not something you can just say, "That's what ALL 12 year old girls should weigh." It doesn't work like that, because every girl is different and unique.
Don't worry about your weight, hon. You're beautiful just the way you are. Just keep yourself healthy, and you'll be just fine.

You need water for your body to burn fat. Without water, your kidneys can not do their job properly and your liver must pitch in to help. While it's helping the kidneys, your liver can't burn as much fat, so some of the fat that would normally be used as fuel gets stored in your body instead. Drinking more water lets the liver get back to its own job of turning fat into fuel.Your body needs water-it's sixty percent water. But if you don't drink enough, your body thinks it's in danger and tries to hold onto all the water it can get. The water is stored between the cells and shows up as extra weight. Your feet, legs and hands may even swell up. When your body gets enough water, the stored water is released. The more water you drink, the less you'll eat. Water is nature's own appetite suppressant. A glass of water before eating will help you feel full and eat less. You'll also get rid of extra salt by drinking water (salt can also cause the body to hold onto water). Drink at least 8, eight-ounce glasses of water every day. If you're overweight, drink an additional glass for every Twenty-five pounds of excess weight. Now ,make sure you eat well each day.eat foods like fruit, veggies ,baked and boiled meats,no fried foods, no eating before bed , no junk food, no sugar ,no butter, no mayo, and eat fat free cheese drink milk it will help take off pounds around the belly and sides,no hot dogs or lunch meat.eat less bread,i like to make big meals like bake extra chicken with veggies ,then you can snack on leftovers,i hope i helped,
