Paper details for Printing?

Hi,
I want to know what is 100# and 80# paper etc for printing ..now if i want to print mynormal ppt fil 4 colour , what paper I shoyuld use and why, so that its not heavy and the quality is good?

80g is the standard set paper for printing, copying etc. 100g is thicker. It will be more studier but the quality will be the same. Refer to your printer's manual to see which thickness paper can be used.
