Usually by the time you have made it to being a skull...all of the soft tissue has deteriorated. So that is why you feel empty inside....your organs have rotted away...you can't feel your legs because your brain and nerves are gone too. You need to lay down and be done with it.

You feel empty inside because you have not eaten in a while - go and get yourself some food.
You can't feel your legs because you are actually feeling someone else's legs. His name is Steve and he thinks that you are kinda cute.

Sometimes we're missing something spiritual inside of us. Sometimes a significant other. Maybe friends? Most times though, we're just missing food in our stomachs :)
