for example... where to go? what is the cost? can she do it with out anyone knowing? etc...

and... she does NOT want her parents to know... or ANYONE save for her boyfriend

ok..well she gets that whole 'abortion is murder' thing...but it'll end up being 2 murders if she trys to keep it... her parents arent very....... accepting to say the least. I've already suggested just tell them but she's now threatening to kill herself.. and frankly i think she would, her brother did not too long ago.

Look up family centers in your area. There are often Planned parenting offices in many towns. Some abortion clinics are free.
About not telling anyone... you should at least inform the parents. I think you need the parental consent before you do anything of that sort. With this all in mind, she is able to keep teh kid, or give it to an adoption agency. A whole lot of people would love to have a kid of their own, but can't.

I agree that you have asked this in the wrong forum. Most women here are pregnant and want to keep their babies, or are trying to get pregnant, not trying to get rid of a pregnancy.

In Colorado, one parent must be notified.

I would tell this 16-year-old that there are worse things than being pregnant, like living with the guilt of taking a child's life. And that giving the gift of life to a couple desperate for a child is one of the purest and best things she could ever do.

Do you really think that her parents would KILL her? Because if not, then what is she really worried about? A big scene in her living room? Her parents hating her? What is worse, a huge fight or killing a child? If you are not with her, you should be. Whatever you do, keep her from hurting herself. Her life can go on, and her parents will deal.

where to go? A doctor's office first, then depending on how far along it might be done in the doctor's office or she would be sent to an ObGYN clinic.
what is the cost? That depends on where she goes.
can she do it with out anyone knowing? That depends on what state she lives in. Some states require parental notification. And if she goes out of state to have it no clinic will do it because of her home state status and they would inform her parents as well.

See if they haev anything for your state and what not. Everything through planned parenthood is confidential. Even abortions.

Abortion is murder. Many women reading this might be trying to get pregnant or have even lost a child, like myself. So, you should tell this 16 year old not to kill a living being just because she was irresponsible. It sucks to be 16 because you really don't understand how precious life is.
