Other than iTunes, is there any software that you can download mp3's from and pay just a one-time or monthly fee, that's also compatible with iPods?

The thing is that apple iPods are locked to not accept music arranged like that. Because "Limewire" and "Kazza" are read as CD's (but are not legal) they can be added to your iPod. I do not believe there are any other programs besides iTunes, CD's, & single mp3's that you iPod will allow you to carry. Good luck!
