What should be the monitary Value of Element Collection including samples of Every Naturally Occuring Elements in the universe?

First. there are only 81 elements which are non radioactive.

Elements with atomic number >83 are all radioactive. The elements Technetium 43 and promethium 61 are radioactive. these are dangerous to collect and keep§

The question depends on which mass you want to keep.

I suppose even for precious metal , it would not be very expensive

collecting some of the elements of higher atomic number should be problematic, as they may only last a matter of seconds and detectable only in a laboratory
