First. there are only 81 elements which are non radioactive.

Elements with atomic number >83 are all radioactive. The elements Technetium 43 and promethium 61 are radioactive. these are dangerous to collect and keep§

The question depends on which mass you want to keep.

I suppose even for precious metal , it would not be very expensive

collecting some of the elements of higher atomic number should be problematic, as they may only last a matter of seconds and detectable only in a laboratory
