Just to know how many of them are still alive..!! He wants everything under his direct control and then he must count all of them a 5 times a day to check the exact number of those that ,in the meanwhile, have passed away to support him.

Actually God calls every living being not 5 times but everytime and anytime. Human beings are socially inclined so in order to have some sort of agreement amongst each other in order to live in harmony, certain regulations are created. And these rules, code of conduct and regulations have existed since the early ages. Some rules are discarded, some modified, and some new ones are created.
