What are some of the better clubs in Vegas?

Im going to vegas this weekend to celebrate my birthday and im looking for some clubs/bars to go to. I was thinking Coyote Ugly and The Rain?

Just got back from Vegas - had an amazing time. You should go to OPM in the Forum Shops at Ceasers Palace. Pure at Ceasers Palace is also amazing. Tangerine at Treasure Island is good and also Studio 54 at MGM Grand. Coyote Ugly at New York is a bit cheesy but a good laugh. Unfortunately the Ra at Luxor is being refurbished - thats a great club. Also the Mandalay Bay has a club on top of the Thehotel over looking the entire strip - its classy with great music! Enjoy yourself - Vegas is ridiculous.

Most have a dress code, so bring something nice to keep your options open. On weekends there are a lot of line ups. But at the same time, they are typically easier on girls, however you want to feel you fit in. Coyote Ugly and The Beach are usually more casual.

There is lots to choose from and different interests, so hard to say what is better. Some are listed as better only because locals and Vegas regulars will recommend clubs that are off the strip.

Baby's - Hard Rock Hotel (Could combine it with a Hard Rock cafe dinner)

Ra - Luxor Hotel (Good light show - dress code)

The Beach (A great place especially if you want to be casual. That means you can wear jeans, but still some things not allowed. Check out what night you go for themes)
