Well, I am the opposite voice.
I do not believe in download accelerators as most of them are junk and full of spyware. If you only have dial modem, your best bet is to turn off graphics in the Internet Options. If you have broadband, YOU DONT NEED IT!!!!!
Regarding IE7, I strongly endorse it. Even though it MAY have some bugs, it is still MUCH safer than IE6. The bugs that have been reported ALL have to do with poorly written websites. IE6 could compensate for junk code better. With IE7, it is less forgiving - which will spark a revolution in website quality (I hope)

As to IE7, I wouldn't use it at all right now, it has too many bugs that haven't been fixed. Stick with IE6 for a few more months.

i think download accelerator plus (DAP) is the best one.
