I don't know about the share market, but about MBA, I think you should check out with the institute or university you are planning to take MBA in. Different universities have different requirements for you to fulfill.

It makes sense for you to do an MBA with finance as specialisation, But before you decide on that. You will have to keep in mind why is that you want to do an MBA & from where would u do. Also how much time have u got, to devote to serious studies.
