theya re not really bad chemicals just cinnamon or mint extracts to make your lips kinda tingle. the hot sensation on the lips make sthem naturally red and look a bit fuller. kinda like what happens when you bite on a hot chilli or spicy food. try lip venom by du wop, celebrities swear by it...

The ingredients that make your lips sting, get red, and eventually plump up is usually an essential oil like peppermint, cinnamon, cassia, or cayenne pepper in a high concentration. The effects are temporary, of course. The shine is usually from a silicone derivative like dimethicone.

If you like the look of plumped lips but hate the feeling, try a light formula, like DuWop's Lip Venom Lite, or Sephora's Professional Lip Plump. They are slightly plumping, but don't have all the "bite". However, if you really want to go for it and you don't mind the sting, go for the best there is, Lip Fusion XL, available at www.sephora.com. It is EXTREME!!

Some of them sting. I remember the first time I used Lip Venom (from Sephora) and it hurt so bad. Also, I've tried almost all of the lip plumpers out there and haven't found one that works. Usually they just make your lips look really RED and irritated!

Lip fusion is awesome!! it can be purchased at sephora, its about 40, bucks which is pricey but it lasts for a very long time considering that upon one application it plumps for 48 hours so you only have to apply it once for every 2 days, and you should do so before you go to bed, unless you want your lips to be glossy in the day time
and if so then you would apply in the morning!! p.s it doesnt sting or tingle at all!

i understand which you pronounced which you tried the lip balm element, yet regrettably as a results of fact of physique chemistry no longer all lip balms artwork the comparable for all human beings. maybe attempt experimenting with distinctive ones till you stumble on one that does artwork. (as an occasion, my dad and mom swear by chap stick yet i'm able to use purely carmex.) additionally, attempt gently exfoliating your lips with a moist pumice stone when you positioned some lip balm on them in the morning. in case you rub too no longer ordinary, you are going to have a manner extra desirable situation than you probably did in the past. If this does not help, it quite is quite useful to make certain a dermatologist for some important clinical care. sturdy success.

lip venom ($16) is good, you can get it at sephora. All they do is get the blood circulating in your lips so they look more red and plump...they dont actually MAKE your lips bigger they simple APPEAR bigger. It has like cinnamon in it so it does get tingly and it kinda burns a bit, but in a good way.

They don't really sting, they feel a little tingly and warm. I have used a few brands and I haven't noticed any negative side effects. They don't really work that well though. I mean if they do, it's very slight.

The cheaper ones (by Bonnebell, Jane), use cinnamon or something similar. They sting your lips, making them swell.
