I want to take the risk and download it. It's from a website of freeware themes, wallpapers, screensavers, etc.
Please let me know how to change the settings in IE6.0 so i may download this. thanks!

Keep in mind that your computer settings are protecting you from running an ActiveX or executable file that is probably malicious.
Free themes on line are loaded with spy ware and ad ware. Nothing is free. Wallpapers can be easily downloaded without opening executable applications.
If you are still determined to download them, click on "Tools" at the top of IE Explorer.
Next, choose the "Security" tab at the top of the small window that opened.
Adjust the security level to "medium" by moving the slider.
That will probably work for you, but you'll need Administrator rights to do it.

Open Internet Explorer. Go to Tools/pop up blocker/and hit turn off pop up blocker. CLose down internet explorer and reopen it. That will fix it.
