I'm aware of my consciousness.
I'm aware of my consciousness being aware of my consciousness. (I'm not sure how many loops higher I can take that)
I'm also aware that there is a lot going on outside my sensation of consciousness that contributes to it. The unconscious can be demonstrated but not directly expereinced.

The apparent freezing of a second hand on a clock when you first look at it is another pointer to something non-intuitive going on.

Unless you are dreaming...and some of us are well awareof our dreaming as we dream...you have to be aware of your consciousness...and you have to be conscious in order to be aware.
