Whatever you want-- the advantage of science degrees is they demonstrate that you are capable of learning. I have a family friend that got a bio degree from Stanford and is now a choreographer. She surprised everyone with that one.

Well, you can start out by finding a good-paying industrial labor job to pay off your student loans.
Entry-level jobs in biology are often seasonal or term contracts. They usually don't pay well, but if you get enough experience in these situations, it can lead to better jobs such as 'senior biologist' for government or non-profit research organizations, environmental or conservationist companies, laboratories, or you can further your education and increase your odds of getting a good biology job by getting your M.Sc or PhD.
With a B.Sc, you can also use that as a stepping stone to a teaching career, or you can use it to get into a variety of professional colleges such as vet med, pharmacy, dentistry, or medicine. There really are many options.
The worst part of the B.Sc. is that you basically have to work for dirt pay in order to get enough experience to make your education worthwhile. It's not one of those degrees that just allows you to walk into a big dollar job, but the upside is that there are many very intrinsicly rewarding experiences that you will can acquire along your journey.
Good luck!

something in the medical field. You can apply for a graduate Physicians associate program or attend medical school among many other things. You would be better off further pursuing your education to narrow it down so it is not so broad.

Go into the biotech industry. You could do clinical work there. Eventually, you will be able to do consulting and project management. The industry is booming and will only get bigger, and better. Another profitable thing to do is to go to Med. school if you can qualify for admissions and pay for it.
