What is a vice crime?

I have seen and heard the term but it is always used so vaguely - what kind of crime constitutes a vice crime?

Vice Crime: should anything happen to Crime, the Vice Crime is there and ready to step into Crime's shoes.

solicitation for prostitution, manifestation for prostitution, those are vice crimes, things that are morally wrong as deamed by the public and by Law enforcement

Basically anything that is considered immoral, such as prostitution, illegal gambling, etc.
