I've got a CDMA Motorola RAZR V3m (U.S. Cellular). I've followed the instructions on how to install and format the Trans-Flash card. When I get to the "Storage Device" menu it doesn't show the memory card. It shows "phone" as the only storage device. Yes, the card is inserted correctly, and yes this card is compatible with V3m razr's. Should I try formatting the card in my PC first?

I would just see if the pc recognizes the card first and see how the pc responds. If it does, then the fault is with the phone. If it doesn't, try to format it on your pc and then put it into the phone. I'm not a betting man, but my guess is the phone is to blame, probably some sort of setup procedure.

Is it more than 1GB? That may be the problem.
