yes as long as we have dishonest people in our political system it can't survive as the crooks will always say we can either pay our way out or I am going to prison whether I am guilty or not. it is really sickening to hear a prosecutor say , "I have a 98.8 %conviction ratio, that impresses so many of our idiot citizens, what they don't realize is there is no way any one who is honest will get any where near that high of a rating, so why the hell do we want to go to the expense of giving anyone a mock trial, just put them in prison and forget about it and that includes you and I
also a crooked prosecutor will choose his jurors that he knows will always rule in his favor, and a judge can and will make rulings that will keep a defendant from proving his or her innocence, if he don't like the looks of a defendant, and public defender ? forget it a man is better off representing him self, the public pretender is hired to get him convicted,

yeah weak judicial system is itself a result of corruption, and vice verca, so both are directly porpotional. If you want to remove corruption, you must have a strong judical system, and that you cannot have unless you have remoed corrption. The most important point is to have a strong state, (this does not mean communism) because it is the one that has both corruption and jusdicial sytem under its ambit, and if a strong state can remove one, the other will disappear too. In a way, it is just like Tom and Jerry, but it is surely not for gags.

I think yes corruption will grow fertile as partners in crime if yudicial system is weak and unenforcable laws aqnd regulations..Someone who involved in corruption should be punished whatever his/her occupation or position in the goverment organization without partial. Its punishment should be hard enough so they will not do corruptly act again after their release. All laws and regulations should be made clearly and can not be interpreted other than it is written. The judicial officer who commited corruption or misused his/her power should be punished harder than others. It should be an independent supervisors for the performance of judicial agencies. such as police investigators, prosecutors upto attorney general and judges.and the member of committee of corruption destruc- tion..The cost for searching justice should be unexpensive. or cheap enough..

A judicial system is supposed to dispense justice. Any judicial system which does not dispense justice adequately, promptly and even handedly is necessarily "corrupt". whether this is caused by bribery or graft should be assked in another question
