I will preface this by saying that I HATE the Buckeyes, and I mean really HATE. Florida doesn't have what it takes to even make this a close game. This team could very well be the best college football team ever assembled. Maybe not a lot of standout superstars, but they play as a team. That is why they will blow out the Gators.

There is so much hype about OSU much like USC last year. I think sometimes it plays into the right hands to be the underdogs because if teams keep hearing they can't beat somebody I think it makes them more hungry. I know I rarely root for teams that are the favorite. I like the underdogs. And last year underdog Texas was incredible. Vince Young was phenomenal. So I think I'll be going for the Gators. I was rooting for them to be selected to play against OSU.

I am predicting a close game with Florida taking it by 7, they'll battle back and forth but in the end Florida will reign supreme

You make a valid point. Who would have thought Michigam would score 39 points on OSU in that recent big matchup.

I'm with you. Everyone seems so sure that OS will blow the Gators by like some 20 points or so. I still think that is going to be a close game. Ohio State is favored by 8.5 now, it opened at 8 though.

Florida has had so many close calls this year against teams they should have no problem beating if they were a real #2 team

I think it will be a close game. Florida is way better than everyone is making them out to be. Texas was the underdog last year to the "greatest offense ever," and look what happened.

It will be close if OSU leaves their starters at home.
