I HAVE NOKIA N-GAGE QD . some water drops entered into the phone along with dust long time back and after that also phone was working nicely. now it seems dead what should i do. if i go to nokia care they say that it has water damage and dust damage so it cant be repaired

You seem to be in Big Trouble!
But there is still Hope as you can (if in warranty) just give it for service to the Nokia Care center dont tell it was due to water! Just tell it has stop working suddenly (actually that the Truth)
BTW dont give it to the local repair person he will surely take out some parts and return it to you and say that it doesnt work !

Unless you have some excelent waranty, your screwed. Hopefully you've been with yuor carrier long enough to get a new phone or even change carriers without a penalty fee.

Does your phone have wireless insurance? If it does then you should be able to get a replacement phone for free or for about $50.00. It just depends on what cell service you are using.
