Yes that is okay, I'm 9wks, and 3rd baby, and thru out your whole pregnancy your hormones will change from day to day, my nipples were really soar for a few days now they don't hurt at all, and my morning sickness will come really strong for a few days, than for a day or two i will feel like I'm not even pregnant. GOOD LUCK
Keep your head up and don't stress about it than your baby will be just fine. the more you stress the more likely you can harm the baby

It is normal that some of the symptoms that you experienced in the first few weeks of pregnancy to fade. If you are not bleeding or in any type of pain then you are not having a miscarriage. Your hormones are going crazy right now, since they are figuring out what is going on with the body. Throughout your pregnancy you will have symptoms that will come and go :-)

Just from personal experience (3 pregnancies) my symptoms varied day to day and sore nipples weren't even a part of that until after delivery. Even your morning sickness will most likely go away further into your pregnancy. Each trimester has different symptoms as well. I'm pretty certain you are fine but if you expierence any obvious symptoms of miscarriage please see a doctor right away.

my nipples were only sore for the first six to eight weeks, then it went away. i remember asking my mother who is a OB nurse, if everything was okay. she told me that it is completely normal to have sore breasts in the beginning, and not at the end. some women go full term with their nipples sore while others don't, its just like with morning sickness. some get it, while others don't, and some for only half the time. from what it sounds like, you are fine. don't worry about it. the last thing you want to do is get stressed out. however, this is your little baby inside of you, and its always better to be safe, then to be sorry, so i recommend that you just give your OB doctor a call, and let them know your concerns, and he/she will help eliminate any doubt. best of luck to you and congratulations!!

at 12 weeks along, if you had miscarried, you would have known. You would be cramping severly and bleeding. If you are doing no spotting or bleeding, I wouldnt worry about it. You are entering your 2nd trimester of pregnancy and will have other "symptoms" to deal with. LOL Congrats and best of luck! ps...if worried about it, go see your Dr. Better to ease your mind than to stress over it by worry...thats not good for you or the baby.

Your nipples will be killing you one day, and then maybe the next it will go away. It will do this because of the hormones. If you haven't had any bad cramping or heavy bleeding, I wouldn't worry too much about thinking you've miscarried. Chances are you are fine and your baby's fine.

No, that is not true. You are fine. You need to read some material on pregnancy and childbirth that way people cannot tell you these old wives tales and scare you.
Also, most hospitals give free parenting classes and that would be a wonderful resource for you

If you have not had any bleeding, then you are still pregnant. Pregnancy can do strange things to your body. It is all just a part of nature. You will be fine. GOOD LUCK

No not having pregnancy symptoms or not having symptoms you once had does not mean you are having a miscarriage.
