should i just buy some jeans wear them down, put bleach on them , tear holes on them and sell them for $200

I know what you mean! It was a fashion statement when I was a teenager (think back to "21 Jump Street"). Only, when we did it (back in the good 'ol days) we ripped 'em up and wore them out ourselves...Try this, go to a secondhand place (like Goodwill) and buy a cheap cheap cheap pair of jeans. They've already been washed (but wash 'em again for good measure)...then beat the heck out of them. Use the sharp edge of a pair of scissors..be careful, though...and scrape the knees, the bottom edges of the cuffs, pocket edges, etc. ... then wash them again. This way, you've spent a total of three dollars on the most comfortable pants, plus no one will know the difference. Most of all, it's the attitude that goes with them.

Because men are not gullable enough to pay that much for jeans...
You could tie a rope to a new pair and drag them behind a car on a dirt road.

sure - do it. the label should be something like "WHY" jeans. then when you sell enough of them to see the reason why they are marked $200.00 you will get your answer as to why we pay top $ for raggedy torn up and shredded jeans. its the look- its the syle- its the reaction we get from guys when they see us in them- its all about us.... getting you to notice us....

Because, unfortunately, some women will buy them, then other women will think they are cool, then more women will want them, then the manufacturer realizes that he/she can name the price. Do a Google search to see how to distress clothing. I'm sure there's an easy way to do it.
