Take pills, but they should be multi-vitamins with iron in them. Women have special formulas in their vitamins that have even more since you don't retain that as well as men.
As for any lifestyle changes, make sure you go to sleep/wake up at the same time every day to get your body used to a rhythm. You should also make sure that you eat properly.

I have the same problem, but usually only during the week. I know mine is definitely stress and anxiety related. You should see your doctor to find out what your specific problem is. It could be something physical such as a vitamin deficiency/anemia, thyroid problem, underlying infection/illness or a psychological issue like anxiety, stress, depression ect. Good luck!

Hey don't stress. You don't need to see your doctor about this.
Are you feeling down or depressed? If you are that is a symptom.
A main thing is to EAT HEALHTY. It's true. Have PLENTY of water and don't eat lots of processed junk foods.
Get a decend amount of sleep and take this one at a time so you don't get stressed

First, I would advise you to ask you doctor. While it doesn't sound serious, it would be wise to have a checkup to be sure. Other than that, I would say eat healthy, take vitamins, and get plenty of exercise. You'd be surprised how inactivity can make you feel drained. I've fallen into that trap myself.

My first advise would be for you to get your Thyroid tested for TSH and free t3 to ascertain if you are Hypothyroid. You might have a problem signaling or converting. These symptoms are very similar to what you stated.

First you really need to check your basics, for instance are you getting everything nutritionally? I would suggest a vitamin as starters and perhaps get some advice from a nutritionist.

Coffee of course, but not too much. A cup in the morning is actually good for you but more than that isnt really great for your body. :) But a cup in the morning usually perks me up :)
