Does anyone know which political party is currently in power in Italy?

Can anyone help me out here? Thannks so much, I would prefer the name in Italian if at all possible.

Italy's parliament is currently guided by a coalition called "The Union."

L' UNIONE (the union) a center left party, ruled from the PM Romano Prodi

L' UNIONE is constituted by many parties (for example the communist one)
