It depends on the woman. It is to me.

Most psychologists say using profanity is a sign of how you feel about yourself, etc... While that may be true, I don't mind if my BF uses profanity in private. But I am embarrassed when he uses it in front of me in public. I personally do not care if he curses at home. I do it too when I'm mad, and more than I should (I've gotten worse since we've been together, tsk tsk!). I feel it's degrading to ME, and that he isn't respecting ME.

If you respect women or YOUR wife/gf..then do not curse in front of her. ANYWHERE. Not even behind closed doors. The true test of how you treat women is not how you treat them in public, but how you treat them behind closed doors...............

Many of the most foul-mouthed, profane people I know are women! They'd make a sailor blush with some of the words they come out with. It's pretty common now. Where have you been?

If the profanity is mixed in with intelligent conversation, then no, I don't mind it one bit. But if every other word is an F-bomb while not really saying anything, then I try to end the conversation as soon as possible.

Depends on the woman. To me, personally, words are just words, and profanity is deeply imbedded in my vocabularly. Curse away!

I'm from Boston so, no, not usually, I'm used to it. Of course, it depends too on the context. Sometimes it can get outta hand.

I don't care if other people swear around me because I do it every once in a while. But, I hate it when my gf over does it.
