My friend told me that there was a g/l & I was hoping to ask a question that maybe you can help me with? I'm a straight person that would like to get more involved with g/l rights. Does anyone know where I would go?

There's a lot of groups out there. Since this is an international website, I'd need a state/province/region and Country to make suggestions for your area.

Thats cool thought, I recommend starting with people you see in everyday life. A friend at work saw gay people more differently after meeting me, I suppose I showed him not all gay are what they are portrayed to be. Infect knowledge.

Most colleges and universities have a gay/straight alliance club, you could probably get information there.

You could try calling your local PFLAG (Parents and friends of lesbians and gays)...they have really good resources and could probably direct you.
