What is a disposer for, three guesses? if the first guess is grinding and disposal of food, you got it. Run and little hot water down your drain and a little liquid dish soap it'll take care of itself. Or, you can call someone like me, I'll be in your home for ten minutes and charge you $85.00 with call time. You can do it yourself.
Do not stick your hand down there, look with a flash light if you have to and use something but, keep your hands out of there. Don't listen to some of these people. You cannot fix a garbage disposal, I can't they're not made to be fixed, only tossed and replaced. If it kicks out, look underneath there should be a little button, very small sometimes red, push it to reset, try again.

If you can't run the thing to grind up the chicken wing, and can't get the debris out any other way, you will have to dismount the thing so that you can dump the contents. The drain pipe attachment is generally a steel plate secured by a single screw at the top; remove that. Now look at where the unit is secured to the bottom of the sink. You will probably see three rolled metal points on a metal plate, which has threaded edges to attach to an upper fitting; note the slope of the threads and whack one of the points with a hammer to start unscrewing it. Finish the job by sticking a large screwdriver through one of the points and twist off the plate. The disposer can then be lowered down, disconnected from the electric supply, and removed. Now see if you can clean it out. If you succeed, reverse the steps to re-install it. If not, get a new one of the same brand and install that instead. (Same brand will obviate having to replace the attachment system.)

Well, a good garbage disposal should be able to grind it up so have you 'turned it on' with the water running? And once I got a phone call from a young beautiful woman...she dropped a small glass down her sink into the disposal and absentmindedly turned it on....it jammed. She called me to help. I stopped by. I fixed it, and a couple weeks later she invited me to dinner. I stopped by again for a fine meal. Two years later we were married. We now have three teenagers. But I digress. Best to you. John

You could take a large fork & poke it in to the chicken wing & pull it out. Or may be hook it with a stiff piece of wire with a bend in the end. If the drain works run some soapy water down to rinse off the wing.
You can reach in with you hand & pull it out.
You can turn on the disposal & grind the chicken wing up.

First, turn off the power at the breaker! Then just reach in and remove it.
Or, if the unit runs, just run it with lots of water & soap until the bone is gone.
If the motor is jammed, there is an allen wrench hole on the bottom.
Insert the wrench, and rotate both directions (Again breaker off first!)
If that doesn't work, remove the unit and fix it outside,
Search the web for how to do that.
