In a career of my dream job I want to go from assistant to Business admiinstrator or executive.
So what is lower than personal assistant? What is the lowest rank and higher than that till you get to personal assistant?
What comes after personal assistant until you become executive assistant and/or administrative assistant? What is the highest level?

Each industry will present a different answer but in general the lowest level is entry level clerk or Administrative Assistant Level I.
Speaking from experience, there is no where to go but up when starting in this field! But - perfecting office skills will get you only so far. If you really want to be an executive assistant, business manager or other executive role, great intrapersonal relationship skills are mandatory. it could start as secretary, to senior secretary; assistant personal assistant is prior to personal assistant. then executive personal assistant.

depends on the field.....some you could be called an aide....some you're a......well.....slave.
