How do i get ringtones onto my phone from my computor using bluetooth?

I have a bluetooth usb adapter for my computor. Now do i need to have some kind of "mp3 to ringtone" software on my computor or can i just put short clips of songs onto the phone without that?

you can transfer without doing anything because a phone can play mp3 ringtones as it have mp3 player

use a bluetooth attach to your phone then u must have that software in ur pc then save the song fom you pc then paste your song 2 the software then u receive it
