The Academy of film in the U.S. The guys who hand out the Academy awards said "Gone with the Wind" 1939 is the BEST movie ever made. ( although I don't like it) I prefer "Star Wars"
Due to the fact that it changed movie special effects and the way we view movies to this day.
As far as the worst movie ever made is concerned there lots of room for debate "Showgirls" 1995 is considered one of the worst. Also the "BIG TOWN" 1987 (I was an extra in the bar strip club scene. That was the only reason I watched it) with Matt Dillon had the worst story and acting of any movie. Lets face it there are a lot of bad ones out there. You really have to be the Judge.
