Well, you can come into Boston, and see some of the Christmas shows, like the Nutcracker, and Radio City. Also, first night, which is the New Year's Eve celebration. Then check out some of the tourist sites so you really get a feel for the city. As soon as you're here in the summer- check out a Red Sox game!

oh there is alot of things to do in boston.
HARVARD SQUARE has a bunch of shops and restaurants and when the weather is nice there are music and stuff outside. For some real Italian food the NORTH END is a must. Take a Walk in BOSTON COMMON but be careful of the huge rats in the park, they come out mostly at night. DOWNTOWN CROSSING has nice outlets. CHINATOWN for some Chinese food. Wanna see some whales and fishes go to the Aquarium. PRUDENTIAL CENTER SKY WALK for an awesome view of the city and shopping. Check out the Science museum, they have a killa 3-d theater and other crazy things to watch. hmmm..Quincey market, faneuil hall, cambridge mall, the blue man group, lion king, other live shows..
go watch a red sox game..
hope this help

Go to the Italian area and stuff yourself with food from Mikes Pastry's. They have the best cakes/cookies etc I have ever had. I would be the size of a house if I lived near there.
