Try the London Philharmonic Orchestra. They have a couple out.

The Trans-Siberian Orchestra. It is a full orchestra accompanying a heavy metal band (Savatage). This is the best you'll hear.

They used one of the songs in a beer commercial and you'll probably run across a viral video somewhere of a guy that rigged up computers to his lights and music to make the most rockin' house ever.

BTW - The Mormon Tabernacle Choir is just that, they sing - they aren't in an orchestra and there isn't one with them.

Mannheim Steamroller is a new age band. While instrumental, it is not an orchestra either.

The TRANS SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA wow wow wow. I'm sure you've seen the dancing Christmas lights video on the web (if you haven't stop now and go look for it) the group is incredible. I have their Christmas CD and it is killer fantastic.
