If you're getting just a small amount of white discharge, it's just normal excretion of cells and fluids from your vaginal canal. You notice it more when wearing black because of the contrast in color. Depending on the time of the month and your hormones, the secretions may be thicker or thinner, more or less.
If the secretions seem heavy, have a bad or unusual odor, or cause itching even with good hygiene, you may want to have a check up for a yeast or bacterial infection.
Otherwise you're dealing with a normal female body. :)

Normal discharge. Every woman has it. It can be white or clear depending on the of the month and whether or not you ovulate. Abnormal discharge is a sign of an infection. Abnormal discharge smells bad (sometimes fishy), has a cottage cheese like consistancy, can be green, yellow or brown (brown is okay at the begining or end of your period though!), is really watery, cause you to feel itchy or coming out more than usual. If your discharge is abnormal, you need to see a doctor as you may have an infection like a yeast infection, BV or an sti.

It's just normal discharge, if it's not foul smelling, it's nothing to worry about. Use a pantyliner and you won't see the white on your black panties.

It is normal to get discharge that is clear, white or off-white. You should go to the doctor if it smells, itches or changes colour/texture. It is there to naturally clean and protect your vagina from infection.

As long as there is no foul smell or isn't like cottage cheese it is normal. If you get itchy time to get to the doc.
