There is a possibility - at least biologically and scientifically. According to mandell's formula, following things can happen in reproduction --
short x short = short
short x short = long
So, do not lose heart. But unfortunate part is that your height has already been programmed into your gene.

If you are already 5' 5" at age 14, you have a good chance of making it to 5' 7" or taller. Estrogen is something that should not be in food, and that's fine, because eating estrogen wouldn't do anything to help you. The only time it's in food is if an animal is given estrogen as a drug, which is a bad thing, and then a person eats the meat from that animal. Anyway, estrogen wouldn't help you grow taller, and it could have the exact opposite effect! All dark green vegetables are high in the vitamins and minerals you need. For calcium and iron, you can't find a better dish than saag paneer. Dal, beans and nuts contain magnesium, too, which is also needed for bone growth. Eat yogurt or drink some milk or lassi every day, and for dessert choose things like rice pudding or ice cream whenever you can, and you'll be giving your bones what they need. Try to avoid drinking too much soda, since it has a bad effect on bones. Enjoy yourself, try to eat well and exercise, and don't think too much about how tall you are for a few years. Your height now already shows you have been influenced by genes from the taller people in your family, so you have a very good start!

listen...you still aren't out of you're growth spurt yet. Don't panic, If by 17-18 you're still not any taller, then you can save money on clothes. So you'll be 'vertically challenged', so what. There's nothing wrong with a guy dating a shorter girl. When you get older you can explore the greatness of a small frame with your mate.

Height depends on harmonic structure.. most of all height of your parents may not affect your growth because you might have developed your harmons different then your parents and it is possible.. Also usually girls increase their height upto the age of 15 or maximum 16, after this age girl's height get stopped because of other growths of her body...
All green vegetables and milk contains the things you asked

Milk can help your bones to get stronger, but height is already predetermined in your genes. Sorry. Sometimes I wish that I were taller too!

cycling, cycling, lot of cycling you will touch 5'7" within five months. be fast, you are already 14.
while choosing the cycle, choose it slightly bigger then you are comfortable with, or choose an adult cycle.
