Swollen skin underneath my Penis Head?

I'm 16 years old and yesterday, the skin underneath my penis head got swollen. Even when my penis isn't erect, my head is still sticking out. i tried rolling my skin back over my head, but it still rolled back down. What is wrong with it and what can i do to help it out?

2. you jacked off too much...

3. you had sex too much...

it's only been a day, give it another day and if it's still like that then you should worry about an infection.

Sounds like you have an infection, see a doctor.
