I've never had any issues there. The sales ladies always seem nice. Some can be a little on the attack side but I understand they are just doing their job. At least their not trying to spray anyone down lol. So 1 - 5 starts I would rate it about a 4. The stores I've been to are the Concord Mills Mall in Concord, NC and the Carolina Mall also in Concord, NC.

i've always had great service at Bath and Body Works at both locations i've visited. Merle Hay Mall in Des Moines, Ia and Valley West Mall in West Des Moines.

The salespeople are a bit pushy, the last time I went there it seemed like she wanted me to hurry up and find something so I'd get out. That and I can smell on my own, I don't need a a salesperson to open it and stick the bottle under my nose. So I'd say they're kinda pushy.

I go there all of the time, and there are a few around my area. The general service is great, but it doesn't stand out. I love the products though, especially the older stuff.

I've always had good experiences at the one in Murfreesboro Tn at Stones River Mall.
The sales people are not too pushy but not too stand-offish either.

i have gotten nothing but great service at that store and really it does not matter which one, because each one i have went to all over has been wonderful.

well at the one i go to the customer service is terrible they are always pushing things in my face that i dont want and that smell bad and then they try to make me feel guilty for not buying more crap.

Sometimes it seems like the employees stalk me and won't leave me alone. Either that or they avoid me completely. So I guess it isn't very good.
