There might be some sort of service you can purchase while here. When I was in Cancun in May, I did bring my phone and don't remember it even being on Roaming. When I was in the Cayman Islands however it did work.

Instead of using your phone just get a Mexican calling card. In the long run it will be a lot less expensive for you.

Wow, Sprint must have changed. Back when I had Sprint, I just had to call them to activate the international service and there was no charge. The per minute rate was insane, but it still worked. Call Sprint and see if your phone is a world phone or not. Then ask about international service.

it incredibly relies upon on what plan you may boot because of the fact the variety of telephone. in case your plan covers international calls, definite. in simple terms keep in mind, even with plan, opportunities are high you would be paying roaming costs for any calls made or won. Now this is advisable to speak to a sprint broker to be particular your telephone will artwork, then in simple terms shop your utilization to a minimum on an identical time as in cancun.

Absolutely. for $5 per month you get full service but not internet Roaming and Outgoing Roaming with a 15cent per minute premium.

The $5 extra per month is not cancelable, so you need to pay it EVERY month, there is another plan that is $3 but you pay .40 premium per minute and it is cancellable.
I like Sprint, but I LOVE SKYPE AND YAHOO Calling Out.
So check your voicemail with VOIP at two cents a minute.
